Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail with drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Royal Mail Recorded with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
IN CASE OF OVER-PAYMENT, OVERPAID SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE ITEMS ARE POSTED.
Returns Policy
We truly want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we have to find a reasonable meeting ground to ensure we can continue to remain in business. Because of this, we are more than happy to accept any return of fabric over 1 metre in length which has not been damaged, torn, or marred in any way. We cannot accept returns of smaller quantities of fabric as these have been cut specifically for your needs and might not meet the needs of other clients.
We accept pattern returns within 7 business days of purchase as long as they have not been opened.
All returns must be pre-approved and must be in the same condition as when they were sent out. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
